Upfront plans

For a one-off payment starting from just £40, you'll gain access to a minimum 6-week plan encompassing base, build, and perform stages. 

Your journey begins with an initial consultation, where we'll delve into your training history and performance aspirations. You'll receive a Today's Plan account and all your workouts upfront, with the added convenience of Zwift compatible workouts. Mid-plan, we'll check in to ensure you're on the right track, and at the end of your upfront plan, we'll conduct a comprehensive review. It's time to make a commitment to your cycling goals. Our workouts are Zwift compatible and sync seamlessly with all your tech devices, including Wahoo, Garmin, and smartwatches. 

You'll receive a weekly individual training plan via Training Peaks, with unlimited communication and plan edits to ensure you stay on track.
